Fulfillment typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to Canada may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing times.

Please contact us with your order number and we’ll help you track or resolve the issue. We recommend reviewing your confirmation email to verify the shipping address, checking with neighbors or your local postal facility, and allowing 48 additional hours before contacting us. Orders & Fulfillment
Each item is produced specifically for you once the order is placed. Our printing partners use high-quality direct-to-garment and sublimation methods, depending on the product type.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at support@the316co.com.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the claim and issue a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds
Refunds will only be granted for items that are defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to fulfillment errors. Customers must report such issues within seven days of receiving the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
