Returns & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom printed, The 316 Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference. We encourage all customers to consult the sizing chart and product details before making a purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will only be granted for items that are defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to fulfillment errors. Customers must report such issues within seven days of receiving the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. In rare cases where a product is mislabeled or significantly differs from its description, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue promptly.
