All products sold by The 316 Co. are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners. This approach allows us to reduce waste and ensure every item is made with intention. Fulfillment typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to Canada may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing times.
Estimated delivery time (how we calculate it)
Estimated delivery time = Fulfillment time (3–7 business days) + Shipping transit time.
Multiple packages
If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate shipments depending on where items are fulfilled.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping (where applicable).
- Orders under $99: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your items and destination.
Orders are shipped from facilities located in the United States and other global hubs. Our logistics system automatically selects the optimal shipping location based on the customer's address.
Customers outside the United States may be subject to customs duties or taxes as determined by their local authorities. The 316 Co. does not assume responsibility for such charges and encourages customers to consult their country's import regulations.
Delivery delays
Delays can occur during peak seasons, customs (if applicable), weather events, or carrier disruptions.
If your order is past the estimated delivery window
Please contact us with your order number and we’ll help you track or resolve the issue. We recommend reviewing your confirmation email to verify the shipping address, checking with neighbors or your local postal facility, and allowing 48 additional hours before contacting us. Orders & Fulfillment
Each item is produced specifically for you once the order is placed. Our printing partners use high-quality direct-to-garment and sublimation methods, depending on the product type.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at support@the316co.com.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the claim and issue a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
